2 cans water-packed white tuna, drained and flaked

1 cup heavy cream

3⁄4 cup mayonnaise

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 cup finely diced celery

1⁄2 cup finely minced onion

1 cup frozen garden peas

1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper

11⁄2 cups crushed potato chips, divided

2 cups gluten-free pasta, cooked

In a large bowl combine tuna, cream, mayonnaise, eggs, celery, onion, peas, ground pepper, and 3⁄4 cup crushed potato chips.

Pour tuna mixture into a greased 4-quart slow cooker. Top with remaining potato chips. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or on high for 11⁄2 hours.
